I don't feel she's overrated, she's very talented and according to Gaga herself, a sweet person.

Personally, I don't connect with her music because I don't care for the sound nor the content; to me love/breakup songs are nothing new so I don't see the appeal or hype in the music she makes.

I see what you mean but she deserves lot of praise but i'm surprised that when Gaga should be getting more praise than her , for in my opinion she's one stage above Adele in terms of artistry , it's Gaga guys. So Adele is overrated in the sense that there are some who offer more than her but that does not take away from anything she does.

she not put every technique on one song like jessie j

not powerful house screaming like christina

So answer is Adele not overrate i think she great 

but "Hello" is still overate for me she have better song

I would rather someone without an ego and doesn't come across as a try-hard be overrated than the opposite. People like her because she has a great voice, puts out likable songs to the masses, and has a likable personality. I actually think she wouldn't be as successful if she was some skinny girl because it makes her more relatable.

Adele is not overrated, she is talented, all the praise and acclaim that people addresed to her are much deserved. She didn't do gimmick to sell her music and stay true to herself and that is work for her. 

Overrated is all these one hit wonders that were covered so much when their viral one hit single were popular but then left and forgotten when the next season comes.

Care not on what people who disagree thinks about Adele, they have their unpopular and personal opinion about her that the world disagrees with in return unfortunately.

50 years from now, people will take her and couple others talented singers from this generations like we are today with legends of the past such as Diana Ross, Roberta Flack, Nina Simone, Whitney Houston, and so on.

Talent like Adele is not coming so often anymore these days, where many things are instant and disposable.

Better enjoy it while you have it.

I mean, the praise does seem to be somewhat out of proportion. But I'm glad that she is the one who's overrated, rather than one of many untalented and undeserving artists that are around today
