I feel like Gaga's performance at the Oscars was better than any of Adele's performances, but Adele's vocals on her songs are better than any of Gaga's vocals on hers But I'm only a man and I do what I can. Apart from having the ability to change genres with ease, she can hold notes, adjust dynamics, and overall has more control of her instrument. And more to the point, she's never needed vocal chord surgery. Stronger: Depends on what you mean. Adele has a proven ability to somehow connect with listeners on a deep level through her voice. It's very emotive and powerful. Gaga is not without this skill too, but she hasn't really been known for that, until recently. Who is better: I have to say Gaga. A versatile array of genres in her repertoire, a wide vocal range, clarity, control, passion... She can do literally anything with her voice. Adele is exceptional at knocking out a powerful ballad, and that's no small feat. But to my knowledge, her abilities end there. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

NewUsername 11,344 Posted October 25, 2015 Share Posted October 25, 2015 Been discussed a lot before, I think.It might be even not a "correct question", because they're both good and both different.Gaga's voice is way more versatile and I like her voice more.Adele's voice has even more power and sounds even fuller (Gaga's voice is already very full, which I love) and generally has it easier to hold a note I think. Adele had serious issues with her voice, so I don't think it's fair to compare them to.She had some issues before, not sure if still?
