I can't consider freedom of speech when I read a response to a Gaga's tweet that says "kill yourself now." I mean, wtf? That is not freedom of speech. And the rest of the people are so wrong too, because if Gaga replied to that tweet in a angry mode, everyone (even here) would be like: "oh she is famous, she has to know that this is what happens when you are famous, just ignore it."

Excuse you? So Gaga has the problem? Not the person who tweeted that? 

That is NOT freedom of speech. That is simply HATE. And it should be stopped.

If I am on a Gaga video on youtube and read a comment like: well I didn't like this video because I don't understand what she means and I think he tried to put too much content so it is confusing

THAT is freedom of speech, giving your opinion with arguments and in a good mode.

I should have the freedom of being hateful and thats why groups like the KKK is still legal in America. You should have the freedom to be a racist, s-xist, islamophobe and practice your free speech aslong as you dont force or harass others with it. Bullies do not cause suicide with their words! some people commit suicide because not alot of people agree with them.. does this mean we should agree with everyone? some people are depressed because they can never win the football game, does this mean we should give trophies to everyone? You are responsible for everything you do aslong as nobody uses coercion force against you and hate speech is not coercion. You are responsible for letting someone elses words effect you.

if a person is following me around and telling me to kill myself even after I tell them to stop, then yes thats harassment but not because of the words hes saying, its because of forcing himself on me.

I wish everyone was that strong.  But many are not very strong which is why Gaga tells people that no matter what anyone says or does, they are not worthless, they have greatness within them, they will succeed, and she is with them.  She teaches bravery and strength because bullied kids do commit suicide or drop out of school or isolate themselves from society.  Rather than blame kids for not being strong, she teaches them to be strong.  People are much more fragile than you imply.  Once a bullied kid is made to feel he/she doesn't have a friend in the world, it's over.  That is one way Gaga has saved many lives ... people know she's their friend.

There is an old saying " Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me."  That is the opposite of the truth, it's words that hurt the most.

I agree very much with what you say about parenting. 

I didn't mean "it's over" in that way ... I guess I worded it poorly.  I was trying to say that when a kid feels he/she doesn't have a friend in the world, not even one, that's when suicides occur.   It makes me think that maybe it's possible to save a life just by befriending a bullied kid.  And I think that's one of the many things Gaga does to help people.

They start to believe what others are saying about them, especially if they are prone to anxiety or depression. Most young kids and teens feel unsure of themselves by default, because that is the process of growing up. When someone starts backing up the ideas they already have in their head, it reinforces how they already feel about themselves. 

Even if parents monitor their kids social media religiously, you can't keep up with all of it and you can't go to school and social events with your kids. There is no way to monitor kids and teens 24/7, no matter how good of a parent you are. And no, the majority of parents are not bullies...that statement is simply ridiculous.
