Bad Romance / Marry the Night / You + I / Gypsy

Whether they're played on a piano or come equipped with full-blown production, they are fantastic songs.

Yes, it's the impossible question. What is Lady Gaga's best song?

I personally think it's The Edge Of Glory.

The concept of accepting death and celebrating life
Those vocals
The lyrics
That instrumental
That sax

The Edge of Glory is just magical.

What do you think? Do you agree? Disagree? Discuss and put forward other songs!

This was my choice before I even opened the thread!!

There's such a timelessness to the song. It has a universal yet personal concept to it while still being a true pop song. Songs like that tend to be timeless and outlive most other songs that live on the radio for just a little while and stay trapped in the decade they came out in.

I actually was going to come in here and say the Edge of Glory, but Benji, you already channeled that vibe and explained why. It's dark and may not be one of her top hits, but also one of her most encouraging, uplifting songs that anyone could relate with. Everyone deals with death in one way or another and she channeled it as a moment of pride and glory is a better way to remember your loved ones than loss on its own. It's the life they lived that echoes to us, not simply their end. And Clemons gives it an even more timeless vibe. I remember as a single, it lingered over the summer of 2011 and it makes sense to me why.

Do your own research.

"Marilyn, Judy,  Sylvia. Tell em' how you feel girls. Work your blonde Jon Bennet Ramsey we'll haunt like Liberace."

Need I say more?

In my messy era.

Edge of Glory is her most "professional" (idk how to call it) song till date, it doesn't have those pa-pa-pa-poker face and ra-ra-rahs so yeah, it's her best song.

¿Qué currículum tiene ésta tarántula?
