I absolutely despise what she's become. She's a celebrity now and nothing more. Sad to think, because she's had potential. Quite nostalgic to watch her interviews from 2008-2011 when all she talked about was her music and art in general, now it's all cutsey-wootsey with her man and a glamorous dress.

Why and how would she talk about her art and music in the specific situation? She has nothing to talk about musically right now. Like... the interviewer asked her nothing in relation to it. This was to support Taylor.

Wait until the new record drops before you make such assertions. She still has the same passion, It's just that she also has someone she loves dearly in addition to her art.

Did you skip out on all her ARTPOP interviews. Jesus Christ. :fail:

That wasn't even a premiere of her own show, how was she supposed to talk about her music or art? She was accompanying her husband to a red carpet event and obviously they were going to get interviewed together and I see nothing wrong about being asked some questions about their private life.

Of course she's gonna talk about her music and art again when she releases new material. In fact she's been talking about her projects a lot this year despite not releasing new music. I don't get your dissatisfaction at all.

Here's the thing you might not realize yet, because I'm assuming you must be 25 years old or younger.

PEOPLE GROW UP. It's called MATURITY. She's going to be 30 in six months. She is not 19 or 21 or 23 or 25 anymore.

Additionally, she is happier, HEALTHIER, more together and way less pretentious, sloppy, chaotic, ungrounded, narcissistic & unhealthy now than she was back in 2010 / 2011 / 2012.

She has gone through an INCREDIBLE amount of transformation in the last 6 or 7 years. And she will continue to transform.

This is the nature of being a human being, and more importantly - transformation is what happens to artists.

Listen to Miles Davis's music in the early 1950s, and then listen to Bitches Brew - which came out in the late 60s. You would not be able to tell they are from the same musician.

Listen to Bjork's first album from 1993 and then listen to her latest album, Vulnicura... It's obvious she has gone through an incredible amount of transformation in the last 22 years.

This is just what happens to artists.

Same thing happened to Pablo Picasso...

Thank you for your comment, which was by the way one of very few valuable contributions here, but I feel like you're missing my point. I understand that artists change over time, it's obvious and I can't wait to see that change in Gaga (with her new album) but those past 2 years? She's been babbling about her boyfriend and her personal life. A cover album happened in the meantime but it was only a cover album and you can't really judge her artistic output by that.

It's what she chooss to tal about and how she does it tha bothers me. First thing tht worried me wwasthe perfume campaign but I thought it was only a whim, but then she went on to do another one, then versace campaign, then this whole "Im an actress now"  thing...  Where is the art? I could count on one hand how many times she actually talked about THE MUSIC during the ARTPOP era. She's a celebrity now, the "Gaga"  factor is gone now and it's hard to accept for me because I was a huge fan of her eccentricity. So huge that I'm still here, waiting in hope that she won't disapoint with the next one.

I feel like this forum is filled with children unable to accept even the slightest criticism of her queen. It's rly gone to dogs over the years. Quite sad, thinking of all the people that I used to have all those interesting conversation about her with.

Honestly, when I first saw Gaga in 'Just Dance' music video or witnessed her 'Paparazzi' performance on MTV Music awards, I could not imagine her giving this particular interview with her fiance. At that time, in 2008-2010 she was a mysterious person, an alien, an innovator. There was no one like her. She seemed like an otherwordly creature who came to our planet to amaze and entertain us, humans. She was invincible, stronger than the whole world combined. Who was she? Lady Gaga. But in reality, underneath all the Gaganess there has always been this sweet and super sensitive girl, Stefani. In my understanding, Gaga was exactly what the world expected from Stefani. It was a lie, a theatre and she continued to tell us this lie as long as we continued to believe in it. But at the same time, she grew and experienced so much in her life. I guess at this stage of her life, Gaga simply wants to be happy. She was on top of the world, but as I remember, she said that it was the darkest time of her personal life. So I guess her dream right now is to continue doing what she loves the most without sacrificing her personal life. She's done a great job so far. Who are we to judge her and despise her for that? We should be glad she's happy and healthy and creative.

Gaga has been disappointing you with everything she did long before that silly scented water. Yep, your idea of some person you never knew is gone. You are going to be disappointed two months, six months, a year, two years from now. What will it take for you to let go of your idealized version of a human being that is a complete stranger to you?

Oh, and if you think she only talked about the music less than five times during the last era, then that shows you weren't paying attention. It doesn't matter anyway...you weren't going to be happy with anything she did and you aren't going to be happy with anything she does in the future.

oh my GOD! watching this was so awkward but cute at the same time, when shes around him it seems like all her seriousness goes away and she has that crazy laugh and smile like a teenage girl with her first boyfriend, so different to see this side of her

Who the hell are you? How do you know I was disappointed with everything before Fame? It is certainly not true but I adore your obsession with me.

From around two years ago on, you complained constantly about everything Gaga did. Nothing has changed once you reappeared. Nothing will change one year from now. Your negativity will not give you different results.

Please don't quote me if all you want to say is to complain about my NEGATIVITY, since, frankly, I don't give a fock.

I see the typical Debbie Downers are here to ruin the party. How about you go back to the past where you belong and desperately crave to be?
