I was thinking this too because in her latest instagram post she was in her dressing room with another lady and there was a grayish wig and a black wig on display. It would be kinda cool if the countess tried to change her look to be unrecognizable so she wont get caught. 

That would sort of be an amazing idea for the end of the season. The Countess appears on screen as a completely different person, black hair and black eyebrows, leaving her hotel where she's murdered everyone to regain blood she had lost if she had somehow stopped killing sometime in the season. The season would end with her travelling back to New York where she was originally born to begin an entirely new life. Maybe that could be what she's been doing since she was born. She'd live for a good 30 years then she'd reinvent herself and change her name.

Notice how it seems she puts people in a trance with just a stare? Idk if this is a secret power of hers yet to be revealed but she did it with the first foursome couple, TRIED it with Matt when he didn't want to hunt with Gaga, and then when she stared down Tristan on the runway...

Why does she do this? Idk but maybe it'll be revealed later...

That actually sounds convincing and I totally forgot she mentioned missing new york in the first episode.

Especially chin and cheekbones are way more prominent now, lips fuller too and mimic and expression more frozen (especially in the forehead area), I wonder how she would look like if she hadn't changed anything tbh. 

 

She is playing a 111 year old immortal, a character on a TV show. Of course she looks this way...

It doesn't look like it to me.  I just love how young she looks in that photo.  So beautiful and young.  Half the time the last few years she looks almost 40 with a lot of her makeup and certain wigs.

To me, in the screenshot you provided, her face looks like it did in the early days of her career. I honestly could not tell she was wearing any...and quite frankly I do not care if she does or not. If she wants to mess with her face, let her, she will be the one who has to deal with her choices. If she is okay with it so am I.
