She's supposed to "wrap his story up" or something, which I get revenge/final girl vibes from. The storyline strongly suggests this is her - not only because of the blonde hair and the voice, but most importantly through the final line "I'd rather watch", which clearly mirrors Mr March's wife enjoying watching him walling in a victim.The purpose of this last line is to clearly state that the Countess was Mr March's wife.This, it connects so perfectly with that later scene of her in present day getting off on Tristan torturing and feeding from that guy with the hipster bun. Besides, she didn't really caused his death for him to seek revenge.But there is speculation she got pregnant with him, got the abortion at the Muder House and the Infantata was ripped by Mr. March in retaliation.That kinda makes sense. (SEASON ONE SPOILERS) The doctor of Murder House supposedly used a beating heart from another fetus to bring back to life his son (Infantata). Let's suppose the heart he used was from the fetus that Elizabeth aborted, that would explain why Infantata is blood thirsty and haven't died in all those years. Yet I wonder, why he kinda aged and didn't stayed as a baby?Maybe Mr. March was cheating on Elizabeth with Emma's character. Elizabeth found out and in revenge she decided to have an abortion. Maybe Ryan knows most would assume that, and it's actually surprising who it actually is.) Spoilers: Gaga will have an abortion in the 20s at the Murder House from the psychotic doctor.
