yeah I see them a lot too. I remember I freaked put because I didn't know if I would get one but they're everywhere lol

Same :sharon: I remember I freaked out and preordered the album from american amazon and have it imported to make sure I got one... when it was confirmed they were going to be foil all across the world, I cancelled it and got it from Amazon UK :emma:

When I see one without foil, I'm going to buy it but alas, the day hasn't come yet :rip:

Really? Even in the music stores I go to now still have the foil ones :laughga:

I'm intrigued to find out how many were actually printed because it seems to be unlimited here :rip:

I think it has to do with the shipment. Big CD markets like US and Europe got a lot of foil CDs near launch and smaller markets like here in Brazil got less. Brazil's sold out and became non-foil while in US they still have some.

If you see me posting like crazy, I'm either bored or procrastinating.

I don't count the cases cause those are easily replaceable.

The Fame is in excellent condition. TFM is scratched but still plays. BTW is scratched to hell :( because I borrowed it out too many times, so it skips but still plays. All three books looks as if they're brand new. ARTPOP is in excellent condition, but the book is dented thanks to it being passed around the house the night it came out. I was pissed, but I have two other copies of AP so that's that.

Because I am picky af, I thought about selling my copies and buying all new ones, but I'm very sentimental about the fact that I've had each copy so early on in their lifespan. BTW and AP I've bought day of release, so. :awesome:

sounds like me :lmao: half the time if I don't break the cases, I buy them broken already :awkney: it happens to me often when I get so excited that I don't make sure the one I'm purchasing isn't cracked.

They are almost in great condition. The Fame/Monster jewel case lost one of the arms that connects the lid to the back but that's all. From the Born This Way Collection I only use the DVD and same with the ARTPOP Deluxe, so the cases are practically like new.

Decent shape. I'm pretty protective of my discs. I only have The Fame Monster and Born This Way on discs though, everything else is mp3'd. But I do have backups of backups stored on a separate hard drive in case something happens to one of the discs.

Just repeat to yourself, "It's just a show. I should really just relax."

All my CDs arein mint condition except of the Limited TFM with gold letters, it has some of the gold foil removed :( I got them in the original plastic, i keep it once i opened the cd after buying it.

I don't have a car but when I do, I would totally make a copy of the original albums and then get this into the car so I won't have problems with the original ones. If you can't make a copy of the original CD then burn a CD from iTunes....

It is in very good condition.

All my CDs and Vinyls are actually.

It is serious business for me cos I am a collector.

I  didn't just dump them in the corner randomly and let it to collect dust.

For CDs, I clean it using plain round wipes made specifically for CD cleaning. Wipe it from the center hole to the outer edge and not wipe in a circular motion as this will leave marks.

Then keep them in cool dry places.

I put all my CDs in big plastic boxes with silica gel bags in it.

As for Vinyls, I kept some in a vertical position with no leaning. And sone other on horizontal stacks of 15 - 20 albums. And okacing them away from heat sources such as direct sunlight, heaters or amplifiers.

And every month, I will take out each of them and dust it off with soft cleaning brush and clean it using soft cloth and distilled water that I bought from chemists and leave it to dry.

I only own physical copies of BTW and ARTPOP. BTW is beat up because I used it in my car all the time. I never use ARTPOP because I ripped it to my computer and burned another copy to protect it.

Mine are in mint condition. I take care of all things.

I never actually have used them. I always buy an iTunes version and the physical version (my attempt of buying multiple copies on limited funds). I use my iPod in the car, stereo, for everything so the CDs haven't even been used. They are pristine but tucked away in box deep in a storage unit somewhere. They should be okay in there :wtf:
