It kind of is.

It's kinda sad but you're right.. I actually don't think that there is a big gender inequality in the developed world..

before you say something like you just said, please take some time to do some research and get informed, because i know as a fact that someone who is informed about the world would honestly not believe that.

I mean that it's not really big..Feminists nowadays tend to care more about really stupid stuff instead of important issues...

that is obviously not the way lance meant it dont try it

What, in the way that a trend will go away eventually? Of course the level of feminist and equalist culture that we're experiencing today will go away. Those two ideas are movements towards a common goal of equality. Once that common goal is achieved the mass conversation about the two movements are going to stop. It's the same way that civil rights was a trend of the 1960s.

Kevin Parker, Mac Demarco, Mark Ronson, and a stoned Lady Gaga. Need I say more?

I think what he meant about @Lance's comment is that he probably means that, ya know, it's cool to be a feminist and that Nicki is “a feminist" just because she's a trend-follower.

So glad Nikki Minaj isn't featured in this. As much as Tumblr would love to pass her off as an inspiration/feminist, she isn't. She's just a trend hopper.

tumblr and Nicki don't belong together anyways
:koons:

it's so weird to read them both in the same sentence
