McArthur Park is so amazing, and Donna's version is in fact a cover.

I would prefer if Gaga could deliver a song as good as McArthur, and with the same dramatic vibe.

its kinda sad that this fan base has gotten so low to the point where they are excited for another cover album than a newly written gaga album. I like Gaga doing covers but it's not something I look forward to because I became a fan of her as a songwriter. Cheek to cheek was great and so was the oscars but now it's just predictable and boring to see her doing a cover song or performance. It's like "Lady Gaga does a performance covering (***********) " ohhh well that was totally unexpected....NOT. It would be surprising if she performed  a song from her discography for Ryan on October 29th.

Yeah like I wouldn't mind a cover album in between eras but I need a new lady gaga album instead of doing more covers after a jazz cover era ended. It almost feels like she's not confident of her previous work to perform them at certain events anymore. I hope that's not the case since the edge of glory is the perfect song to perform anywhere.

i don't think this is true considering people close to Gaga (Bobby, DJWS, Elton etc ..) have commented on her recent work - commending her efforts and some claiming songs to be their new favourite song.

if this happens to be true, it wouldn't be a smart choice considering it will follow an album filled with Jazz classics (as many of you have said).

i hope Gaga finds confidence in her work because we all know what she is capable of!

I hope not. I Want Your Love was just a special song for the Tom Ford runway. Her new music might have disco influences but it won't be covers. 

Also, I like jazz a lot more than disco so I'd rather have C3C than a disco cover album.
