(i was like 11 lol) & then perez posted the music vid for Just Dance a few months later & i was like "omg shes grinding on a dolphin" & was totally hooked. So i went on ..Limewire...to get her music & i remember the only songs on it was like Just Dance, Pokerface, Paparazzi, Lovegame, & weirdly enuf- Retro Dance Freak & Disco Heaven. & i thought she sounded cool & different than Katy Perry & Taylor Swift & everyone else everyone loved at the time. i became a stan after she released Lovegame though. i still love that music video. nyc subway + leather + a hot blonde = heaven. kiss kiss Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

It didn't really have anything to do with those events, it was just the point in time where I started paying attention to her + started exploring her work. I LOVED venus when it released, but I was so confused at the time because we hadn't gotten a clear answer on the next single. I was kinda disappointed with the sound of DWUW at first, but I didn't stop stanning. When the album dropped, i began stanning for the other album songs in this order: Donatella, MJH, Sexxx Dreams, G.U.Y, Gypsy.... from there it flowed on and I started watching MVs from previous eras. I heard and fell in love with Judas (but it was around the time TEOG was playing heavily on the radio), fell in love with the album, liked the rest of her discography but didn't start checking out the fan base and fan sites until a couple of months until ARTPOP was released (I think).
