freebit 6,240
I enjoyed this episode far more than the first, and answers a lot of questions such as Donovan and Elizabeth's mortality/vampierism.I think the detectives storyline is progressing, but slowly - perhaps a bit too slow. Seeing as he saw the picture of Holden (even though he was blurred), things will hopefully start happening from episode 3 onwards. His storyline reminds me a lot of Ben's in Murder House, his "insanity" was very much a slow progression throughout most of the season.Once again, I am blown away by Sarah's acting, and I was also very pleased with the backstory of the hotel - I was a bit turned off my Evan's accent at first but he pulls it off quite well, I'm just so used to foetus Tate in Murder House haha. I love Miss Evers, I know we don't know too much about her, but her lines/personality makes me laughI'm not really feeling Finn's character yet (I can't remember his name), it seems Elizabeth will be training him like a puppy on how to be a good "vampire" - and I'm assuming he's gonna do something wrong at some point and there'll be a blowout there.I also hope Elizabeth gets bored of Finn quickly, I ship her and Donovan so hard lmaoI agree, Elizabeth and Donovan are hot AF together. Even in that scene where he angrily picks her up and shakes her was 10x hotter than that s-x scene with Finn. Hopefully they capitalize on this somehow. This is making me wish Matt and Finn had switched parts. Finn is a good actor and is handsome (tho the mullet is tragic), but doesn't have the magnetism & right kind of vibe to make Elizabeth's obsession with him believable. RAMROD 109,627
What I found weird was that story was almost verbatim what Madonna spoke about and experienced in the 80's. She was friends with Andy, Keith, she lost a lot of friends to HIV. I just found it...weird. As if nobody else have that same experience (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ✧*:・゚ dancin' until i'm dead (*´艸`*) ♡♡♡

Solar 604
I'm really liking this season omg. The moody vibe, I live. This might be the 1st AHS season I fully watch.
Probglum 824
So I picked up some Gaga references in this episode also. I know it's most likely all a coincidence, but it still lit up my little monster light bulb. The coffins in the white room (Bad Romance), her on the horse with the long hair (G.U.Y.), and her on the bed with Finn (G.U.Y.) it's just fun to think that these were purposely done (even though they most likely weren't, but who knows!) My name is yours! What's Probglum?

Phoenix 17,395
I loved this episode more than the first one. Love how the story is slowly unfolding.Gaga looks were on point, that look she was giving durring the fashion show, slaying. And the disco theme part, killing me. Sally is also slaying, her acting is on point. Mr March is very interesting too, his accent is really something. That s-x scene was interesting too, I find him very hot. Loved the suicide scene with him and miss Evers, the way she wanted to be his last one, and it brought some emotion to him yet he still did it cold-hearted. 💎
Snow 1,582
I thoughed The same thing! :) Probably it wasnt really intentional and yes that was common during that period. Or it was a nice little nod to her... Anyway, just reminder me of M 'cause she was famously great friends with those mentioned +plus was one ofthe first major AIDS frighters. Nothing bad ofcourse in that! :)

MelbHawker 6,583
Fascinating Season. This episode was SO much better than the first. Plot-wise it moved quicker, I felt as though characterisation was much better in this episode than in the first. The flashback scenes were so well crafted. Mr. March is so scary.. I love it. God the attention to detail this season is stunning.. it really elevates the creepiness of it all. I'm assuming The Countess is Mr. March's wife.. given she's been alive since 1904. Well.. that's what the show wants us to believe, who knows? I'm loving it. Wes Bentley's owning it. Kathy Bates is all class. Gaga's exceeding my expectations - she's amazing. Sarah P is slaying. Yas.
djBuffoon 12,123
Gonna throw something out: I think that the Ten Commandments Killers is..... Liz Taylor. I don't know why, but I'm onto her.
Whispering 18,865
Did I say nobody else had it? I just said Madonna had a similar experience. There are hundreds of thousands of people that had this experience, since hundreds of thousands of people died during the 80s. (And 90s) Yes, Madonna is one of the millions who knows people who were lost to AIDS. Ryan Murphy was a 15 to 25 year old gay man during the height of the crises. Remember that Ryan co-wrote and directed the Emmy award winning, The Normal Heart.
