The only time I witnessed complete silence in a concert were when I attending some classical orchestra or during recorded/filmed acoustic/unplugged shows. I saw her on the Voice, and at one point she looked at Xtina like she wanted to shoot her. I just feel like she takes things too seriously. If Gaga told people that saying "Yaaaas Queen" or "Slaaaay" was distracting it would suck some of the fun that people derive from being a fan, and expressing themselves. I've never been to a completely silent concert, people always scream. Maybe she needs to try to try a different kind of music, or go after a different crowd.
