I like Revival better tbh Who knows, she may have been inspired by Amy Winehouse because certain parts of that song sound like Amy would sing it. Either way, Demi sounds really good on that track and all the tracks. Her vocals are on point for this album I'm Chloe. Except the C and the L are silent. I find it weird that when she was interviewed that she said this album was super bad-ass. Just because you throw a few swear words into an album doesn't mean it's badass!But, I still really like the album!!Yeah, it just doesn't make sense to me. None of her albums have been really great as a whole piece and this isn't the exception. A few tracks are good but Confident is filled with fillers. Cool For The Summer, Stone Cold and Kingdom Come and Lionheart are the standouts. Confident, For You, Stars and Mr Hughes sound like they could belong to her Disney albums, not a good thing. The rest are ok. It's not doing anything for me. It feels like her music is not evolving in any positive way. With all due respect literally this album is no where near average for Pop records now a days and you even know that , how many albums are great as a whole now a days , a few ? it's a single based industry right now Mr Hughes sounds like an Amy winehouse song , i also don't get this Disney album thing ? what's a disney album looool. Confident and Stars may sound like your generic hit with a twist but that does not mean it's not a good thing it's just a matter of taste. Though don't forget songs like Wildfire , Waitin For You and Yes that completely give Demi a new sound. The jump between DEMI and Confident is huge and i'm a tad surprised you didn't notice it.
