Noah 26,998 Posted October 7, 2015 Share Posted October 7, 2015 I think ARTPOP is already showing very much Impact on the Music Industry, even tho the Album was a "flop" in sales, It gave artists on Major Labels some sorta power again, I feel like since the Release of ARTPOP more artists have been trying to have more creative control or aren't afraid to speak up for themselves. Also (you can't deny that) Gaga brought back the Slow RnB with loud basses and hard hitting drums. Before DWUW no one (popular) was doing that kind of music, then we had Love Me Harder, Style, Me & The Rythm and more. Not sure how it will pass the test of time.But I could see people discovering it on their own and feeling like they hit the jackpot.
