Germany now expects up to 1.5 million refugees

There is a difference between welcoming refugees and taking an entire population.

Not to mention how their culture is different. And not in a good way.

I agree. Being open minded is trendy these days and that's good, but some people don't realize in this case Europe is playing with fire. We live in the days of peace (at least in the rich north) and some people think everything is gonna be okay no matter what. These refugees do not believe in religion of peace let's keep that in mind.

How wonderful!

New "riots" - or shall I better say "punchfests" between different ethnical groups of refugees - in camps in Hamburg and Braunschweig, after this already happened in Kassel, Suhl, Leipzig, Bonn and other German cities within the last couple of days...

The interview with Chancellor Angela Merkel is shown on TV right now...

No, but please tell us about it when it is over. I trust you to tell us what she said.

I know you don't like me but she continues as she did. Only that Germany can do it and that there won't be a stop of the influx.

What do you expect when tons of people are at one place? It doesn't matter if they wer refugees or not. I'm pretty sure there would be fightings between Germans as well when so many where at one place :smh:

True. I think there should be lots of security, I read stories about some mothers who are there alone with kids and they were raped in those camps/centers. :ohno:

Yep read about those stories too. I still can't believe how unbelievable dumb european governments must be that they are now like: "Omg so many refugees." I mean seriously. That was kinda expected wasn't it?

What? I simply trust Qualle to report on what was said without importing his own emotions into the report. I like that he is less emotional and more fact based with his comments.

Not gonna comment on that, but you can trust me on these. If you don't, i don't care either.

That's what happens when hundreds of thousands of people enter an area that wasn't prepared to house this many new people that need free housing at once. (Not the violence, but the fact that they are having to find quick temporary housing) The government didn't really think through this very well and now they are struggling to find places to put people. It will take a long time to sort this out, this is just the beginning.

She's not willing to change her strategy (yet). And all the decision power regarding the crisis is now centrally located at the chancellory department, as Qualle said. I think that's a good step, maybe they can put the chaos a little bit in order.

But resistance to this strategy is growing, especially in Merkel's own party.

it's the governments fault. They could have expected it. Even easy citizens like me expected a refugee wave :rip:

Israel were able to cope  600,000 MENA refugees in just 4 years which doubled the population. And later even Soviet refugees  [:smh:]  And now Europe is failing :rip:

What were their plans for putting these people in free housing? Where is this available, government owned, ready and safe for occupancy government housing?
