CDU only lost two points and meanwhile Left is growing which is even more pro-refugee.

There is a difference between welcoming refugees and taking an entire population.

Not to mention how their culture is different. And not in a good way.

Just gonna quote myself:

mit opiniön still stands. If countries  accepted refugees in WW2, a huge part of my family would still live. I don't want that other people loosing their family because they don't get refugee.

As already discussed, is Chancellor Angela Merkel as well as the entire Federal Government under extreme pressure because of the strong refugee-crisis.

On Wednesday the ARD (biggest German TV and radio network) will air a special interview with Angela Merkel at 9:45 PM.

Moderator Anne Will (I just love her!) will interview Chancellor Angela Merkel in her show.

I can't wait to see, what she has to say...

Actually I'm happy that she is doing that. She won't be suddenly anti-refugee.

There is no need to become anti-refugee.

The Federal Government just has to get their **** together - as soon as possible, otherwise this crisis will lead into a nationwide disaster...

Could you please summarize what she said? ?

Angela Merkel did not say anything today or within the last couple of days regarding the refugees-crisis, because she was visiting India.

The interview will air tomorrow.

The article on the other side is talking about today's "breaking news", that the Federal Cabinett will decide tomorrow about a new "administrative department" directly located in the Federal Chancellery. Head of this new "administrative department" will be Peter Altmaier, who is already leading the Federal Chancellery. Goal of this new, powerful unit: The better "coordination" of the assistance for refugees.
