Alien Tulip 12,428 Posted October 2, 2015 Share Posted October 2, 2015 This is why I don't bother meeting up with Gaga at her apartment in NYC because even though I only live 20 minute away from her apartment, I know the crowds are always crazy along with the paparazzi and it would be disrespectful for me to shove my cellphone in front of her face and ask for a selfie. I understand fans get starstruck but for me I just wouldn't waste my time meeting up with celebrities and asking for a photo. Yes it's rewarding and personal to some fans but for me it's not something I'd lose sleep over. I rather see Gaga and other celebrities live in concert then wait 10 hours outside their apartment/hotel just to take one blurry photo with them. It's no excuse to behave like that. At least not right away. When you're an artist you have to be prepared for stuff like that. It's always thanks to the fans what the artist has become and who they are. Then of course, fans should respect them, but there are better ways to solve it when they are a bit too forward.
