One Direction. Their albums sales have been great since their second album. Bieber could fight for it but One Direction's fans are way more loyal.

Initially I thought biebs but I think he's more of a singles artist than an album. 1D's albums tend to do overwhelmingly better than their singles also

1D have always had a good record with album sales. JB has a hit rn but I don't think it's enough to get people to buy his album enough to beat 1D with their okay hit. Especially after the mess that was Journals

It isn't that much of a comeback. His last album was in 2012 so it hasn't been so much time but people has been making this like he just resurrected from his 15 years old days.
