I wish Americano would have been a ballad though Edit: I wish her ballads were a bit more flow-y (sorry for the word choice). More experimenting with time and more dynamics. I prefer when she shows some restraint instead of yelling, grunting and grinding. I'm not vocalist but her technique seems very impressive to me in this song. I think her ballads and jazz would sound better if she focused more on technique and less on blunt force. Just my opinion though Cold as ice cream, but still as sweet. I love the instrumentation tho. I hope Gaga starts employing a more ethereal or lowkey way of singing ballads. If Mariah and Xtina, two powerhouse vocalists, can pull that off, then so can Gaga.
