(They're posted in order from #1 to #5). Tracking periods go from mid-November of the prior year to mid November of the year stated. (i.e. For 2014, the tracking period is from November 2013 to November 2014. Its just how Billboard set it up). Also, its based on a songs performance in JUST that tracking period. So if you're saying to urself, "wait i thought Just Dance was more successful than Poker Face?"
