I'm not quite familiar with Emmy's performances but do they allow movie tracks to be performed there since they deal with only TV shows not movies?

The Countess singing 'Til It Happens To You' - I don't see it.

I think she will focus on AHS now. 

The promoting part of TIHTY is the PSA I think.

Guys, this isn't the MTV awards. It is all about television. The ceremony doesn't have musical performances, other than possibly one artist singing a song during the "In Memoriam" segment of the awards ceremony. (and TIHTY would NOT be an appropriate song!) 

There would be absolutely no reason that Gaga would perform a song from a documentary. It's not going to happen! 

Don't hype yourselves over something that doesn't remotely make sense and is never going to happen.
