Dramatica 13,690 Posted September 12, 2015 Share Posted September 12, 2015 So to those who are unsatisfied with ARTPOP and still think the era was short and messy and Gaga should have scraped ARTPOP off her career, this is a list of things we wouldn't have had if it wasn't for ARTPOP : 1- Gaga's early drawing of Applause while healing from her hip injury 2- Inez & Vinoodh's amazing, colorful and avant-garde Applause Music Video You are probably never going to forget about Lady Gaga's Applause Music Video, unlike some of her past MVs that we could qualify as "forgettable" (not to name names), but the 3-minute long Applause is probably so remarkable, that I remember at the early days of the Applause era, people saying that the song was her major release since Poker Face, and how the music video helps understanding Gaga as a weirdo, but a weirdo that you'll fall in love with. 3- The #DoWhatYouWantWithMyBody Twitter campaign Do you think that Lady Gaga is incapable of gathering people around her and create buzz? Well the #DoWhatYouWantWithMyBody twitter effect shows that you're totally wrong 4- Gaga's first ever produced song : VENUS (VENUS the PLANET vs. VENUS the Greek Goddess) Goddess of Love, take me to your planet. Genius lyrics, simple melody, dark and light themes come together. 5- Enough low self-esteem, time to be fab like DONATELLA 6- Lady Gaga is a cameleon, and you better believe that Astounding, top notch glam dresses Gaga has worn throughout the era embellishes the cameleon inside of her 7- VOLANTIS, the first flying dress, brought to you by TechHaus PLEASE SHARE YOUR STRONG ARTPOP MOMENTS AS I COULDN'T ADD MORE PICTURES I didn't ask for a free ride, I only asked you to show me a real good time.
