In regards to Gaga and other artists, it's not for me to say because I'm not around them. But for others, non-smokers do have a say as second-hand smoke kills too. If smoking only harmed the one doing it that would be different but it doesn't. I understand it's a strong addiction, but again, this goes further than the lips of smoker.
