Nothing that the government doesn't have already. Still an uncomfortable thing to know that people you'll never know has personal data about you filed and even your current location 24/7.

But I'm still not gonna give ma coins to music streaming apps.

which is why I use cd's and listen to my music in the dark ages....

This. The only service I use is iTunes and that's only because it's the nicest way I've found to store and playback music on :wtf:

Why do they even need to have access to your pics and contacts?

They're probably doing what iTunes is doing which allows you to set photos to your playlists. It sounds a lot creepier in legal talk but I imagine it's pretty innocent.

Yeah, for some reason the first paragraph of the article was conveniently ignored by the OP, Spotify reworded their privacy policy following this and apologised for its wording - adding that for things like this, it would occur following express permission.

I'm surprised people worry about terms and conditions when something new is introduced when they didn't bother reading the first one they signed :rip:

 

These people are also the ones that are probably shocked that they see adverts for Gaga or their local gym on Facebook though :green:
