I've had my 5 since 2012 and I'm thinking of upgrading. I don't know if I should get a 6 or a 6s, though..

Go with the 6S if you think you'll keep it for a while because the hardware will remain relevant for longer and will still be updatable down the road.

What an underwhelming device that had no hype or buzz. Don't understand how anyone would buy this over a Galaxy S6/Note5. There's nothing unique about it. 3d Touch is a joke, it's no different than pressing and holding on the screen. And just an FYI, Apple made the battery 100mah smaller, so don't expect any improvement. They usually always lie about how they improved the battery, but not this year. Can't wait till the S7 announcement, Samsung has yet to disappoint me.

good for you.. why do you have to knock apple and people who like their products, though? Don't know why samsung and android fans feel like they always have to hate on apple.

I'm not hating on Apple. It's true that the 6s is a disappointing product. Android fans don't like I sheep because they are brainwashed into thinking they have the best phone when Apple is behind with smartphones. Then they always say that iPhones are so much easier to use when in reality every phone is easy to use. You have a homescreen with icons and under those icons are labels. You tap on the icon and it opens the app. Every phone is like that. Then they always pull the "Android phones are cheap". A high end Android phone cost $699. It's not Android fans that hate on Apple it's the ignorant IiSheep that don't understand that Apple isn't the best.

Enjoy your Samsung then. It must be cool to beta test all those features that will come to iPhone when they are actually working.

We'll enjoy our well designed phone with a superior OS. :whitney:

You seem quite brainwashed by Samsung... Continue using a device that suffers severe security flaws like the 'stagefright' bug, the fact that it takes a very long time to get software updates, a far less refined user experience, etc. I've had multiple Galaxys before too and they're nothing special either...

I got the stage fright update right after it was announced. The media blew the problem out of proportion. I'm not brainwashed by Samsung, I have owned HTC, Motorola and Samsung Android phones. And they all have been great. I prefer the customization and added features of Android. It's a personal user experience. And the Galaxy S6 allows mobile payments anywhere with Loophole technology. It works at any retailer that has a magnetic strip reader, NFC is not required. Google Now has been proven to be superior to Siri. I hated on the iPhone that there was no file system. You can't save files or attach them to emails and there was no way to get music on the iPhone without iTunes. iPhone has security flaws also. http://www.cnbc.com/2015/08/06/masque-attack-hackers-using-a-major-ios-security-flaw-to-steal-data.html this is similar to stage fright.

The only reason people buy iPhones is because they think their "cool" if they own one. There just buying an already outdated product. That "Retina Display" is half the resolution of my GS6 and the "8MP" is also half the resolution and it doesn't even have the ability to take RAW DNG photos. I still don't get why tf you can't talk and text on an iPhone. My Droid from 2010 had the capability of doing that. It's pretty sad also, that it took Apple 9 iOS updates to add a back button and add drawing to the Notes app. Oh, and why is the starting storage option on the iPhone still 16GB? 32GB should standard in 2015

I used to own a GS3 before I switched to the 6 Plus and I have to say that I enjoy Apple's products more than Samsung's.  Sure Samsung has amazing specs and features, but I could care less.  I don't use multi task or split view or whatever you call it, I don't have the desire to call and text someone simultaneously, and I don't have a use to draw on the notes app.  I could also care less if the iPhone's screen resolution or camera resolution isn't as amazing as Samsung's. The point is that it's good enough and better than other phones.  I've played with my friend's S6 and yes it is amazing, but I found it complicated.  When I had a Samsung, it would slow down over time and lag like crazy.  I have yet to experience that on my iPhone.  In fact, I have iPads from 2010-2013 that still work like new.  Not sure what it's called, but I believe Samsung fails in "optimization" or whatever compared to Apple.

I found it funny when my friend had to exchange her S6 for a new one because it started acting up within 2 months of acquiring it.

But really, these phone wars are ridiculous.  Let people enjoy the phones they like.  Just because they like one phone and you like another doesn't mean you have to go off about how bad their phone is.  Everyone has their preferences, and you should respect that.

I use those features on a daily basis. People can have their preference, but the Galaxy S6 edge is a better package. And just because your friend had a problem with her GS6 doesn't mean it's a bad phone there are also people with iPhones that have gone bad in two months. The Galaxy S6 is a more durable phone.

The Galaxy S6 is a better package and a more durable phone for those who are tech savvy and use their phones too much.

Then there are others that like the iPhone's simplicity.

It's like your shoving your technological life style down our throats.
