You know it's just reached that point when people are dragging Taylor (when it's not even her who is suing) because a crazy guy jumped on stage, started a brawl and broke the ribs of a security guard. You people are so extra and desperate lmao

They're just so eager for her downfall it's absolutely ridiculous.

What do you expect though? Theyre pathetic and helpless and only know how to drag artists that are selling more than their faves.

Alright Mr./Mrs. 1989, I don't know about you, but I don't give two craps about how much my favorite artist is selling compared to other artists. Seems like a really shallow way to be thinking about music. Everyone has their own reason for not liking Swift. Yes, I agree some people are overreacting and don't understand all of what happened. But, seeing how many cases of suing and trademarking and court related things with Swifts name attached are growing by the month, it doesn't make her look good.

Me too, it's getting extremely tiring! I wonder if Gaga still likes her because she said that she did, but Taylor sues or fans and **** like this which GAGA completely disagrees with

Taylor isn't even suing, its most likely her management and the security team, since the man broke 3 of a security guard's ribs and threatened to kill him. Read the OP before you make yourself look foolish by blabbering

Honestly I really liked her... But I start not being able to stand her...

I wish her to take a break after that album and return to country music. She was much simpler and enjoyable at that time. Just my opinion on this though..

my english is not that sloppy, god. :toofunny:

i asked a hypothetical question: assume that a fan throws a present at taylor and it injures her, like scratches her face or something. would she sue?

Trademarking is normal for merch items and even our faves aka Gaga also trademark iconic phrases. I read about how "Dont you know my ass is famous" is trademarked too for merch. I read it up back then a few months ago, I wont bother digging it up. Don't call me shallow when half of the people are always thinkin about charts and how much Taylor is dominating everywhere. :lmao: And I wans't een referring to you at all, I am well awarethat some members, for example, like you are all about music and not about the bling and I respect that, but you dont have to keep rubbin it in faces about how you think its shallow. We all also need our faves to sell to maintain a well reputation and sufficient money to keep the eras going.

its not even taylor who is suing but the guard who suffered injuries and has to be away from his job for weeks.i guess reading an article isn't necessary anymore :)

I read it lol and I know this is joke. it looks like noone can take joke these days. Also don't u think 5 years for injuring someone accidentaly is bit too much?

Sorry, I just read it again and I understood it :toofunny:  Blame my reading comprehension skills :emma:

Oh and nah she wouldn't sue (Well she doesn't sue in the first place, her management does), there's a huge difference between accidentally getting hit by a present and having someone JUMP ON STAGE and break 3 of a security guard's ribs, and later threaten to kill the security guard :rip:

Why the need to sued him?

Because he:

1. Snuck into the show w/out a ticket

2. When found by the security, ran away and jumped on stage

3. Broke 3 or a security guard's ribs

4. Threatened to kill said security guard

Personally, I think thats fair grounds for Taylor's management and the security company to sue :usrs:
