The only one I agree with is Mainland China, no one care for you, eve you are robbed or beaten up on the side of street. They don;t even care when their fellow countrymen or women in the same situation in their own country!! Your life,your problem, something like that. NY should be waaay higher than LA I would know...My time in both was completely opposite, New York was overly friendly and welcoming to me and L.A was totally a wolf ready to use you up and eat you and then laugh that you even came there. I had two funny experiences with them on the toilet First time I gone into the male room and then the cook of the restaurants came out of it and said to me something in French, but then he understood that I'm not French and he shown me with gestures that I should use the female room because he placed a "stink bomb" on the the toilet Other time in another bar me and a Frenchmen tried to figure out how water gets in the washbasin and we stand in front of it and didn't know. That part of south korea wasnt particularly friendly... yet it is ranked as most friendly.Whats this based on?Bradford is the least friendly city imo. I never met a stranger in New York.I haven't spent much time in Manhattan, but I have seen a lot of up state NY(Rochester , Syracuse ect., I like it there like a cat in a sil, I observe life, moving and still. I think people say they are unfriendly because if you stop them in the streets speaking English , they won't bother responding, but that's because they just have no clue what you say... I never lived there but stayed extended period of time, overall I had good experience but the worse are people in the metro they can get so mad for silly things and it just pisses me off ...
