The minimalistic aesthetic was fresh and exciting, every song sounded so much richer sonically than what we got on the album, and Sex Dreams and MANiCURE were greatly superior before the changes.Even IWBWY sounded great despite the terrible lyrics tbh. It would be nice to get a soft and beautiful studio ballad like that since so far her requisite one ballad per album + TIHTY all have relatively affected vocals. The new songs blew me away and hyped me up so much. It's my favorite part of the era! I wish Gaga kept the piano intro in "Swine." I'm not a woman. I'm not a man. Don't get me wrong I love the songs Its just when I first heard the teasers I got so excited for a darker edgier heavier sounding Gaga. I can only hope for next era haha. I literally screamed when she released that Sex Dreams video and that performance I cried when I heard ARTPOP for the first time To me, this will always represent the magic of ARTPOP. Though I wasn't in London to see this live, watching it on my laptop was just as amazing. I was slayed from the moment Aura started until she walked off after Applause.
