I mean the #1 song on billboard right now "I can't Feel My Face" is inspired by MJ.And Madonna's impact is mellow? -1989 is inspired by Madonna.- FKA Twigs (the most critically acclaimed current female artist) has a song inspired by Vogue.- Ariana Grande performs a Madonna mash up every day on stage. It seems to project that every future artist has no possibility of surpassing MJ in popularity and talent, which could happen given the increasing population. Either way, the majority of claims go up to 400 million while Madonna's maximum is 300 million. I doubt Michael Jackson's number also takes into account the records sold under The Jackson 5.
