The only way this might affect Gaga , is Adele snatches all the grammies again other than that i'm almost sure LG5 will be bigger than 25 in terms of impact, singles, videos, tour.  Adele might be coming for album sales and awards but that's pretty much it and highly doubt 25 will be bigger than 1989, you can't repeat 21 it just doesn't work that way. 25 to 21 might be how Up was to Come On Over the later two being Shania Twain albums.

That's a bad move In my opinion , she should release the lead by September if she wants build up for the album. I know Beyonce didn't release a lead for her self titled album but she had the whole video concept going on doubt Adele's doing that.

Yes but she would still have only two days of sales, Wednesday and Thursday, they are not going to change the whole tracking week for albums just because of Thanksgiving.

I don't know if she is even worried about that, tbh. That would be something that all artists releasing around Thanksgiving will face from here on out.

erm what supposed iimpact? Adele had one of The biggest impacts in pop culture in years. Nothing Gaga did came even close. Jeez. Adele touched a vast group of ppl of ALL ages and genres... It not ALL about sales or charts but its pretty teöling whose music made an actual impact on ppl... 30. Mil of then :)

But thats not my point. Im so confused. Is this what Gaga fans are ALL about? Crying after mummys sales, charts, awards etc  get grip! Don't you think its The music and art that really is supposed to be The point. A brilliant ageles masterpiece album and music. Thats The main thing. It doesnt then matter who realeases what and when or wins some awards. Its The music that will be remembered IF its good. Stop focusing on insignificant things.

Because everybody is interested in her, including the GP. Everybody is going to check out what she created. And if the music is actually good (it probably is, she had enough time to come up with 11 killer songs, plus Max Martin is involved) then ppl will most likely buy her album.

It might not be as big as 21 but it can still be a very successful era.
