Didn't Gaga write for Lina, though? I wouldn't be surprised if they shared ideas. The hook is pretty similar to Dirty Ice Cream, but everything else is different.

 

Also, using a dead girl's music to further your feud with Gaga... awful. This isn't the release it deserves.

Absolutely. Fusari's taking something that could have been, and probably is, harmless and trying to trash Gaga with it. 

 

I have been researching this whole Lina Morgana thing for several years. I was thinking about doing a book with everything I have found out. The story is really scary involving everyone involved. Something doesn't completely gel...

I was doing some reading on it too a while back and it certainly is creepy. I'd be interested to hear the information you have!

I think it was the other way around. Lina wrote for Gaga.  Fusari recorded most of the songs he did with Lina a year prior to even meeting gaga.  He has even said that gaga was very jealous of Lina. Its kind of confusing the whole story. It appears if Lina didn't die then he probably wouldn't have even focused on Gaga.

Well apparently Fusari took out an ad in a new york art paper called the village voice in 2004 looking for a female artist to do a indie rock thing. Thats how he found Lina. He said he was enamored when he first heard and saw her. He even thought she was lip syncing at the audition but she wasn't.

The thing that doesn't make sense is that the girl who introduced gaga to fusari says she was working as an agent for him looking for the same girl. But he had already found it apparently with lina. (still trying to figure that one out)

It appears fusari tried the strokes thing when he met gaga but he was not thrilled about the way it was going and suggested they go more electronic dance. He has said that gaga even resisted and wanted to stay with the rock thing. But she finally agreed and thats when they did Beautiful Dirty Rich.(not my favorite)

I think lina wrote her own songs. Again i don't understand why gaga would have wrote with fusari if she too writes her own song. In fact (correct me if I'm wrong )gaga hasn't been credited for writing any songs alone on any of the previous albums. Which is why I'm again confused about her statement of why the album is taking so long. Im not trying to discredit her. 

Lina did write songs with Rob before he met Gaga but later, Lina recorded a couple songs cowritten by Gaga and Fusari. Wonderland is one of them. Gaga never sang any songs written by Lina.

She wrote Yoü and I on her own (she is also the only one credited in the writing credits in that one), also, Gaga always credits the Producers in the Songwriting credits too because they don't get much Money from just producing, for example, Gaga and Zedd only used some Parts of Infected Mushrooms Song (we have no Info on that one) they probably never even met, yet they are credited as Songwriters on "Aura".
