He wounded at least one of them, but was overpowered.The suspect had several weapons and lots of ammunition, the official said, saying the Marines prevented a massacre.[Previous story, posted at 5:14 p.m. ET]An attack that injured three people on a high-speed train traveling from Amsterdam to Paris is believed to be an Islamist terrorist attack, a senior European counterterrorism official told CNN.The gunman, a Moroccan national, was on the radar screen of European counterterrorism agencies for his radical jihadist views, the official said.A second security source told CNN the gunman was known by French intelligence. Of course it also has to do with the interpretation of the Muslim religion. There is a huge difference between a fellow Muslim and a radical Islamist. Because France has the biggest muslim population and I think racism is the worst in France, also many muslims live in bad environments in west-Europe but especially Wallonia and France. France has mostly Arabs/North Africans, while Germany has a lot of Turks and Britain has a a lot from South Asia. I think the Arabs are more into the Israeli conflict and into jihadist zealotry.
