Benji 20,113
For someone who wants to keep commenting, for the sake of discussion, your arguments are weak here. It's boring replying to someone who keeps adding to a discussion that's been going on for three hours when you've practically posted a reply already. Plus your replies to me are usually far too long winded for what you're actually trying to say so I wouldn't want to waste your time tonight. I'm pretty tired and I can't be bothered to apply much thought to your posts, it's getting very late over here.

The vast majority of individuals in the world who have had adversity in their lives can relate to this song. That's a cop out, and you know it. Your replies are weak. Music 15,215
Till It Happens To You for sure.it is such a powerful song and it can interpreted in many ways, making it relatable to the masses!

Thanks for getting to the point for once! 1. Okay, so that's 50% of the population. Now what about everyone who's broken up with someone? 2. True, but is it more relatable than Brooklyn Nights? If you say so sweety, if you say so (Off to bed so if I don't reply, I'm asleep!)
OracleMonster 1,735
TIHTY is boring but I like the lyrics. BN slays both lyrically and musically.

If you say so sweety, if you say so (Off to bed so if I don't reply, I'm asleep!) 1. 50 per cent of the population, and their friends, brothers, fathers, sons. The percentage just went up. 2. Besides the 50 percent and their friends and family in number 1, then you have individuals who have been bullied, victims of physical or mental abuse, people who have gone through health, mental issues or addictions, victims of discrimination, people who have lost someone in their life, children of divorce, problems with children...(hope that didn't tax your brain too much) What do you have left? A few charmed teens who have yet to have any kind of adversity in their lives? Did you know my second reply to you was shorter than your long post on the third page? I find it odd that you need replies to you broken down for you to understand.
djBuffoon 12,118
Very true, I guess Katy Perry would have been a better example as she's actually older than Gaga, but I can't say I'm much of a fan of hers. I would also never use Katy as an example of insightful thinking, but y'know

Okay, I was going to read this and wait until the morning to reply but you're getting a tad bit silly now, another direction your replies to me tend to go.TIHTY is a great song, it's got a lot of passion and emotion in it. I simply stated that I don't think a song that was written about rape and carry such dark feelings can be as easy to relate to as Brooklyn Nights. I'm not saying it's a song people can't relate to, it's just not as easy.I understand your posts. I simply stated that a lot of them are far too long for the point you're actually trying to make. You're clearly smart enough to cut down some off the fluff you write, as you've demonstrated in this thread. I'm sorry if you didn't actually understand my point? Your wit oozes confidence in what your discussing but I was actually telling you that you write a lot of fluff, not that it's hard to understand. venusian 4,686
I disagree, BN is one of her most emotional and personal songs, you can feel it in the way she sings it. It is not because a song isn't all strings and sad vocals that it isn't emotional dope? WELCOME TO THE TRAGIC KINGDOM

I disagree with you on which song can be more relatable, and others in this thread have felt the same way. So much talk about how someone writes their comments, instead of addressing the matters discussed. Do you have an inability to skim a comment? So, you need all replies to your comments broken down into bullet points, while you write paragraphs? You reply with gifs and a bunch of weak, off topic replies..which is the definition of fluff.
