I say that because last time when I said that it's impossible for the single to have sold 250k on the first week ,people attacked me

I'm simultaneously disappointed and amused that Billboard made such a huge error.

I'm not a woman. I'm not a man. I am something that you'll never understand.

Literally everybody knew that it was a mistake the second it was published but people still made up stories about pre-orders and similar nonsenses trying to back up Billboard's obvious mistake.

Judas Oyster

Someone said she confused their chart data by releasing in the middle of the charting week. Which makes a little sense maybe. She only had sales for three days, maybe the other four days got sales too by accident or something.

Aha, yeah that seems reasonable :) At least after the changes they've been doing lately to the methods in the charts and publication days.

So that's why the Billboard charts haven't been updated yet today. They usually come out at 8am -ish ET. That's like a really big F-up. Is the whole chart messed up too?

I did think it was a bit odd that Lana debuted so high.

Were you patiently waiting for it so that you could compare it to the chart from 10 years ago? :wao:

Sad that the numbers aren't true but happy that Lana's fanbase isn't growing that drastically. Her concerts are difficult enough.
