Bleachella 2,932 Posted August 16, 2015 Share Posted August 16, 2015 Yes, it is. TFM is also a masterpiece, and it comes to a close second. The Fame is the 3rd best, and ARTPOP is her fourth best... I really can't blame her for it, her vision for ARTPOP was something amazing, and I really do feel in my heart that the amazing tracks that she made were not the tracks that made the album... but, we got what we got i mean.
