I am going with the original ARTPOP plan
I feel like control over the direction of the album was taken from her and the label created something entirely different then her original vision
a close second is the Fame Kills Tour 
I am actually a really big Kanye fan in terms of respect for his work so I would have love to have seen the collaboration they had planned for that show

The original AP plan, no doubt. Earlier release date, different singles, an act II, maybe even a longer tour...so many possibilities. Absolute sacrilege that MANiCURE, Sexxx Dreams and Gypsy never became singles. MANiCURE especially had "hit" written all over it. Could you imagine how much better this era would have gone if it had been handled by Katy's or Taylor's teams? Why can't Gaga have a team that supports her as much? (I have higher hopes that she does now, but even so). Her team just didn't seem as bothered to chase hits as soon as problems started arising. So many artists are only where they are because they have a great team behind them who know how to market and promote them. Could you imagine if Gaga had that plus her talent? She'd be unstoppable. It's sad when I see some artists have a failed lead single, so the label gives up on the entire album campaign. Gaga's lucky she even got a third single. Most artists in her position wouldn't get that second chance with labels being as strict as they are right now.

I'm glad DWUW was cancelled tbh.

I'd go with the app. It would have been revolutionary and leaps and bounds ahead of what any other pop star was doing.
