Maybe it is about Paparazzis, but still the first part was just her dancing and walking randomly. Not one of her best by far, it's just a pretty looking and good video. I probably won't watch the video again, but I will be purchasing her album. I like everything about the Ultraviolence videos more than this. I have never minded her ultra low fi videos, so I guess that is the big difference. I do love the videos during Born To Die though, but then I did not like the Tropico film. I like it, but it's weird, random, and it's even funny because of how dramatic everything is, and that gun doesn't fit in that case.
