It was OK but I got bored sometimes... Wasn't Emma supposed to be in this season?? where she?

I like Scream Queens better SO FAR :xtina2:

Emma should so be in it. She would slay in that wheelchair!

At what minute mark is the s-x scene? Is it real scary?

I have it recorded...and I don't handle horror well...but I want to see this epic scene! What should I do?! Lol

The orgy isn't scary but when they spill the blood it might be disgusting

The worst line was about leaving the hotel a bad review on Yelp or something... like... who would say that after some dead, man, stinking, creature thing climbed out of a bed? I guess it was meant to be funny but the delivery reeeeaaaaaaally killed the line.

I actually liked that line :/ Everytime we go to hotels, my father is like "I'm gonna leave a good/bad/whatever review in tripadvisor" so It was funny to me

LastNight

Finally watched it!! I am a huge AHS fan and I was not disappointed. This was an excellent opener to the season, so many different themes and ideas going on and I cannot wait to see how they develop. I love the air of suspense we have already, it's what I loved most about Asylum - you were just on the edge of your seat every week to see if Lana would make it and I really feel like there's going to be that kind of tension again this season.

I thought everyone was great, Gaga did a really good job especially for her first episode and I think she's only going to get better. Wes was amazing, really intrigued to see how his storyline pans out - he played a much bigger role than I thought he was going to which I'm excited about. Dennis was brilliant in his character, and of course Kathy and Sarah were as excellent as ever. This show consistently has a high acting standard and this season looks to be no different.

So many things happened, I really can't wait to watch it all unravel. The time element is really interesting, very intrigued to see what that's all about -  I've avoided spoilers like the plague and I hope to keep it that way!

It's a shame that some people didn't like it, but I am really excited that Gaga has brought some new people to the show. While it's great to see other people's opinions and perspectives on it, it can be a bit of a buzz kill at times. This is a show about horror, there are going to be moments of violence that are uncomfortable or scary, I don't think it's necessary to over a--lyse it and make it about something it's not...all I can say is - don't watch. The show has dealt with race, s-x, s-xuality, infidelity and violence in so many interesting and provocative ways, all of those topics are triggering in some way but they're all important stories to tell. There are always moments for shock value, but it's a part of the show and a part of the horror genre and that's something you have to be prepared for when watching.

I for one LOVED it and I am beyond excited for the rest of the season, this could be the best one yet.

I really liked it. I had never watched AHS before and I was watching it mainly because of Gaga, but I'll probably watch the previous seasons after this one because they look great.

I didn't find the episode scary, but that man coming out from the matress made me jump. And it was a little disgusting at some points. Loved it anyway.

I thought that audio of Gaga's acting ("we're not strangers Lochan...") was from that scene where she kidnaps Heldon :flop:

It was hard to judge her acting because she had hardly any dialogue. I'm hoping she has more substantial scenes in the future episodes. She looked beautiful and did great, but aside from Gaga, I really had trouble liking the show overall. The plot is very weak so far and the violent rape scenes triggered many friends I know who have survived s-xual abuse. Hoping it gets better.

I liked it! Much more exhilarating than the teasers. Gaga was great as always.

The plot was off to a slow start, but it was mainly introducing characters this episode, so I think the next episode "Chutes and Ladders" is going to focus a lot on the plot.

Not a big fan of the Main Titles though, thought it was underwhelming compared to the quality of previous seasons.

Overall, this episode was a thrill! It's the complete opposite of Freak Show!

I liked the music in the episode loved Gaga but everything else was kinda whatever... It's just the first episode so expect the season to be interesting to say the least.

No one should watch a horror movie if your friends know that they get triggered so easily. It's horror after all and it won't get better. Trust me...

If they want to see Gaga but keep watching AHS on purpose, it's beyond stupid.

"Till it happens to you you don't know how it feels" I never put judgement on how a s-xual abuse survivor feels and you should have compassion for them. I personally don't think the rape scene was important to the story or added any value to the episode.
