I LOVED IT. I've been a huge fan of the show since season one and this was the best season premiere since Murder House! The location, the characters, the suspense, I say welcome back American Horror Story!

Gaga was great. Obviously there's plenty room for improvement but she has such presence, such star power, she pierces right through the TV screen and commands a lot of attention. She was very good and it is only the first episode of her first ever big acting gig, so I hats off to her, she did a good job, she's ****ing fierce, and I loved all the looks.

I have mixed feelings about this season.

I've only watched 1st and 2nd season and they were so good. I wasn't impressed with the 1st episode of the 1st season but then it grew on me. The second season grabbed me from the very beginning and I really hope that this one turns interesting. It's probably because I just finished watching the masterpiece asylum.

Gaga was good, really reminded me of Susan Lucci somehow.

I have watched all seasons of AHS and my favorites were probably season 1 and 3. Season 1 was definitely better in the beginning of the season, though. Anyway, I honestly wasn't expecting Gaga's like real "first scene" to basically be a music video/**** without her lip syncing. I also will never understand what people see in scenes like that, graphic s-x scenes. I'm not sure it turns them on, or if they just find it really cool, but I find it so pointless and adds nothing to the story. That's something you throw in for a few mins as a filler on a future episode, not to introduce a character. The scenes with the "detective" guy(can't recall his name, I watched it at 1 AM before falling asleep, lol) were the best and most realistic. So far the first episode is better than freakshow's first but not as good as the other first episode of any season, in my opinion. I don't like how I feel like I'm watching something featuring Lady Gaga as herself, too corny. I can see how the kids will like this though.

"Your boy? He's got a jawline for days..."

That part gave me chills.

I honestly HATE how goofy some of Gaga's appearences were like... The park with the hand gesture, in A LOT of vamp lore, they exude an aura of s-xuality and sensuality so flirtation is almost unnessasry (**** that word, the only word in the motherfvckin english language i CAN'T spell...) i.e the finger blehlehleh tongue thing. Then when twig b---h ran, the way the finger popped up... I audibly said REALLY BITCH! Other than that Gaga was a looming presence of o shyt oh shyt oh shyt. I LOVE HER! The critiques above are the only i had

Sally's part was heartbreaking and enchanting, i understand Bates' characters obedience and LOVE IT!

And the AAAASSS on Bohmer

Gave me a Bohmer.

Hunty, not every scene that introduces a character needs dialogue. The Countess' character feeds on blood and is really twisted so i don't see any other way to show that than to have a bloody scene. It's American Horror Story, not America's My Little Pony Show.

And since you've already watched all AHS seasons, you'd know there's plenty of blood and gore in each season. Heck, in Coven we had a beastiality scene and some weird black magic s-x scene. I'd say this is on the same level as those, nothing too graphic to be over reacting about.

Been a fan of the show since Season 1 so I was really excited for this season (Coven and FS were kinda mixed for me).

I LOVED the episode, it was everything I like about this show. Even though I love Jessica, it is kinda refreshing that she's not in it. I felt like her characters became repetitive and because of her, Ryan couldn't really unleash his madness.

Gaga did great, I loved her scenes. There were a few moments that I didn't like but she'll do just fine especially judging by the trailer for the season.

yASSsss

just watched the ep.Its awesome,so creepy,so dark,so twisted.I love how every character is suffering from pain, kinda reminds me of Asylum which is a good thing :wao:

i think the first half was better.I'm already in love with Sarah Paulson and Kathy Bates' characters...Wes Bentley is great too...i can already see them snatching some Emmys, especially Sarah

Gaga is Ok,i think..her acting seemed robotic at times...but its her first show as a Tv actor so considering that its pretty great :applause:

oh and i love her accent :wao:

Call me by your name and I'll call you by mine

Hunty? The hell? Okay, 'GypsyPrince'. :dies: I'm not overreacting by making a post that takes five minutes on a message board.
