At first I thought Just Dance because it made her famous... but poker face is definitely one of the most memorable songs for the GP and I still hear it on radio from time to time, it's kind of a classic. But Bad Romance was probably one of her most successful in a sense, kind of catapulted her career to a whole other level. And Born This Way was iconic in another sense, and there was a lot of controversy surrounding it. Telephone was kinda big as well, but I wouldn't say her biggest. Same for her other singles. I live in China and I can be sure that Lady Gaga became a super big thing only when Bad Romance came out. Like everyone single friggin' person knew her, even my grandma and grandpa, who never listened to pop music. Poker Face is viewed as just another super catchy pop song here, but Bad Romance was like a whole cultural phenomenon like Gangnam Style. So I say it's probably Bad Romance globally.
