I heard that 'boys boys boys' was released as a promotional single in south america. Although there is a Mexican promo of this song (probably not official release or bootleg), I don't think it is a promotional single. Maybe just a song to promo the album?

Boys Boys Boys was meant to be the 5th and final single from 'The Fame' but Gaga scrapped it for Bad Romance. I don't think it was released anywhere.
