She has these alters that pop up a lot. We'll start with Candy. The first one that I noticed. Candy. :

Candy acted totally different. This alter was out up until around the poker face era. She was more like "Gaga" and stefani in co consciousness. Meaning the host (stefani) and the alter, "Gaga" were sharing a body.

 The second one to show was Jo Calderone and I still think he pops out so often just by the way "Gaga" will act on stage. 

We all know how Jo acted based on the vma performance. But here a born this way performance where Jo was out again.
