It is not OK, but some fans are very very passionate indeed! It's even worse than what happened to Gaga or Taylor. But Beyonce kept her cool. I know some fans might get waaaaaaaaaaaay overboard with their compassion and love. But looking at Taylor's reaction, I'd be the saddest fan ever. She looks like she's pissed on the person.
