There's no possible way to come to that conclusion based off Instagram posts. We have no idea what she's doing behind the scenes. We can't expect her to post every time she's recording.

Didn't Katy say in an interview that she was gonna take her time for the new album and not gonna release this year?

Well, we don't know for sure.

She confirmed already working on it, but nowadays we only see her going to places with Orlando Bloom, like to weddings and ski resorts and stuff like that

IMO the difference is that Gaga is kind of staying in one place (her house) so as an user pointed out it is possible that she could work in her home studio in secret. Katy is constantly on the move, travelling so it's less likely that she is recording right now.

Don't forget gaga wirtes, produces and does pretty much everything with her songs unlike you katy who just sings... So it might take her much less time.

According to people who actually worked with her, Katy also has a part in the producing process

to be honest, i think gaga is keeping quiet until it's done and she's ready to announce the first single. she understands how frustrated y'all were with the ARTPOP delays and no confirmation etc, so she's just keeping pretty quiet til she knows for sure (and making the most of her free time before she has to go back into promoting, touring, filming and the like for the next year or so).

Nowhere he mentioned she produced anything...he said Dr. Luke is a producer on the album and she just wanted him on it
