I'm surprised Miley didn't follow her before since she likes her and posted that pic of herself celebrating her birthday, lol. 

A bit off topic since it's not instagram, but I find it weird that Britney Spears followed Gagadaily and LadyGagaNow on twitter long before she followed Lady Gaga herself.
