Her impact on Pop culture probably wouldn't have made pop such a big deal. She created a standard in pop, to be big, bold, wild, extravagant, following largely in the steps of Madonna, the original Pop girl (To the best of my knowledge) You couldn't go anywhere without someone talking about the icon, Lady Gaga (Technically GaGa back then but that hurts my eyes ) Overall, and I love Taylor to death and she's my favorite artist ever, but I gotta give it to Gaga.
