They should get their money back. As a paying fan, you can expect some delays, but to miss a whole set is a whole different thing. People work hard for that money and they have every right to ask for it back. An artist can't just show up whenever is convenient. The fans made a commitment to go see Nicki at a certain time, so Nicki should honour that commitment as well.

You are paying to see a diva, you should expect diva like behavior. It seems hypocritical to snap your fingers and "yas gawd" their self-centered shenanigans off stage and then get pissy when you are the one getting the brunt of the egotistical behavior.

I don't think they will be getting their money back, since it's a festival, which sucks. Most of them came for her, and she was supposed to headline. I'd be dissaapointed too, not professional at all but I guess **** happens.
