It actually involves a serious effort as well so I'm not sure why people are pretending this is some kind of "perk". I just think that this study will strengthen his fascists thoughts... there shouldn't be a rule for such exceptional cases but its just sad how he abuses the rehabilitation laws like that to study his sick ideology. And I think rehabilitation is the way to go especially because some people became criminal because they were in dysfunctional situation and that could happen to anyone. I am curious to know the content of his classes and how it could affect his views.
