I was so inlove with this article, until that part lmao:

Still, one former Gaga associate argues that the Mother Monster may never fully recapture past chart glories ("Born This Way" was her last No. 1, in March 2011) until she loosens the creative reins a little. "She still insists on writing her own songs, and ARTPOP was a mess. She needs to connect with a young audience, and hers has moved on. Look at Katy Perry or Taylor Swift -- not only have they retained a young audience, [their fans] have gotten younger. Taylor Swift is Frozen now."

Do you remember?

I mean oh my god. I was like: "I don't want Gaga to be childish o_o"

Pretty sure it was Troy tbh

I felt proud after reading that article. I mean people were trying to distort GAGA into a Katy Perry and Taylor Swift thing? :what: And of course Gaga refused to. That's why I love her. By the way if she ever stopped writing her music I'd feel completely disappointed...

That quote is exactly why artistic creativity in pop music is nearly non-existent.  No offense to young Gaga fans, but when the industry targets everything to pre-teens, you get disney quality as the standard.  I would think it would be embarrassing as a singer to be 30 years old and older trying to sing songs targeted to pre-teens.  Gaga is right to move on and write for adult fans.

This, exactly.

I live outside the space time continuum.
